This is the HR system. Employees completing their own profile should use the link they were emailed.

Authenticator code

Open your authenticator app and enter the six digits showing for Opal Bio Pharma.

Codes change every 30 seconds. If it is refused, wait for the next one.

Set up your authenticator

A password on its own is not enough to reach personnel records. This takes a minute and you only do it once.

  1. Install Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Password on your phone, if you do not have one.
  2. Choose "scan a QR code" and point it at the square below.
  3. Type the six digits it shows.

You are signed in with a starter password that someone else generated. Replace it before going further.

At least 12 characters. Four unrelated words is stronger than one word with punctuation in it, and far easier to type on a phone.

Every sign-in, and every view of payroll or medical data, is recorded against your name. If you did not expect to be here, close this page and tell the HR Manager.
